The Town plans to hold an "Open House" for residents to learn more about the referendum. The Open House will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 10 a.m. to noon at Bethesda-By-The-Sea Parish Hall on 141 South County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480.
